"It was so good that I went back to my employer (one of the university colleges) and suggested they run it for college staff"
"I would highly recommend this event to other staff who work with computers and find sitting for long periods of time has a detrimental effect upon their health"
"Both speakers were excellent. They were professional and convincing"
"What could have improved the lecture? "Nothing. It was great. Although, I wouldn't have complained if it was a bit longer because I was enjoying myself!"
